What if you could have your spoon and eat it too?
This project, founded in Hyderabad, India in 2011, lets you do just that! These utensils are made from millets, rice, and wheat and come in different flavors. Their long shelf life of 3 years (despite containing no preservatives) and high nutritional value makes them an amazingly sustainable alternative to the plastic we currently use.
And if you’re too full to eat it after your meal to munch it down, don’t worry! They compost within 4-5 days after use. Delicious!
